Terms of Engagement

Welcome to ADV Pathfinder, a brand of Zoyashikaa Adventures OPC Pvt Ltd. These Terms of Engagement govern your use of our website, services, and participation in our adventure motorcycle expeditions. By booking an expedition or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ADV Pathfinder.
• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
• Full payment is due 30 days prior to the expedition start date.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the expedition require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

• 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus deposit (30%).
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund of total amount.
• 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund of total amount.
• Less than 15 days: No refund.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email to ops@advbiketripsindia.com.

Participant Requirements

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid motorcycle license and International Driving Permit (IDP) are mandatory for all riders.
• Minimum riding experience requirements vary by expedition (see individual expedition details).
• Participants must be in good physical health and capable of handling high-altitude conditions where applicable.
• Disclosure of any medical conditions is mandatory at the time of booking.

Insurance and Liability

• Comprehensive travel and medical insurance with emergency evacuation coverage is mandatory.
• ADV Pathfinder is not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, or death during expeditions.
• Participants are responsible for their own belongings and personal effects.
• Participants must sign a liability waiver before the expedition commences.

Safety and Conduct

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by expedition leaders.
• Wearing certified protective gear (helmet, jacket, gloves, boots) is mandatory at all times while riding.
• The consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during riding is strictly prohibited.
• ADV Pathfinder reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
• No refunds will be provided for participants removed due to misconduct.

Force Majeure

ADV Pathfinder is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes to itineraries caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or environmental hazards
• Political unrest, civil disturbances, or government restrictions
• Road closures, landslides, or infrastructure damage
• Pandemics, epidemics, or health emergencies

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative arrangements or credit for future expeditions.

Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of Zoyashikaa Adventures OPC Pvt Ltd.
• Photographs and videos taken during expeditions may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content is prohibited.

Governing Law

These Terms of Engagement are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
